We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Campaign Manager to join us on a 18 month contract due to internal promotions and Secondments, you will be part of our creative and dynamic marketing team and have a background in campaign marketing, be an innovative marketing professional who is able to easily build effective relationships with strong communication and analytical skills.
This role will work with the Major Business marketing lead on Implementing multi-channel, customer centric personalised marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness and generate qualified leads for our sales team. The successful candidate will bring ideas on how we can continue to invest and improve our marketing strategy and how to create best in class data-driven marketing campaigns and measure their successes.
Role Details:
Salary: Up to £45,000
Bonus: Up to 20%
Location: KT20 6RP
Contract type: until December 2026
Working Pattern: 3 days a week in the office and 2 day at home
About the Office:
Based at the Kingswood Field office KT20 6RP (Tadworth), a 28-acre office campus site set in the Surrey countryside with Trail walks. You will enjoy a modern vibrant and friendly working environment. We have an onsite restaurant and café with a wide range of options available, and coffee shop. There is a state-of-the-art on-site onsite gym run by Nuffield, with classes on set days in the mornings, at lunch and after work hours.
We have a staff car park which includes electric charging points, an undercover and secure bike rack (useful if you’ve made the most of the Cycle-to-Work scheme), or if you will use public transport we have a private shuttle bus service that regularly runs between train station and the office at peak times.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Defining, managing and executing a successful digital marketing strategy within large business.
- Ensuring the continued development of the TotalEnergies Gas & Power’s digital marketing presence and improving customer experience on our digital channels.
- Create marketing automation programmes to nurture leads and existing customers to encourage new business, cross-sell and up-sell opportunities for sales.
- Making sure all opportunities are captured with required campaign codes and source data
- Create queries to extract data for various campaigns
- Create campaign planning, including predicting ROI and comparing with post-campaign actual ROI in each campaigns review
- Carry out continuous measurement and tracking of tactics during campaigns enabling accurate campaign analysis
- Segmenting and managing customer and prospect data
Requirements and Skills:
- Digital marketing experience or knowledge such as paid search, SEO, affiliates, display, social, email and audience segmentation
- Strong numerical and analytical skills to review data and provide recommendations
- Great problem-solving skills
- Highly organised with strong planning skills
- Excellent attention to detail, both in analysis and in communication
- Working knowledge of with web analytics, marketing automation system or content management system e.g. Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Drupal, Hubspot or similar
