Responsibilities:

1. Take and process room service orders accurately, noting all guest preferences and special requests.
2. Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms promptly and professionally, maintaining high presentation standards.
3. Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
4. Follow departmental procedures to uphold service quality.
5. Comply with food safety and health regulations.

About You:

Previous experience in a luxury hospitality environment, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills focused on outstanding service.
