The Marketing Admin Executive will provide administrative and operational support to the marketing team, ensuring the smooth execution of marketing campaigns, sales, and communications. Requirements
What you’ll be up to:
- Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks (e.g., scheduling meetings, maintaining workload trackers and sales overviews).
- Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new Marketing clients, ensuring clarity and alignment from the start.
- Work closely with wider internal teams and clients to collect requirements, promote transparent and open communication.
- Track team progress, swiftly address challenges, and keep stakeholders informed with timely updates.
- Support the Marketing Director with updating financial overview and carry out monthly auditing of marketing-related invoices.
- Organize and maintain the marketing Google Drive.
- Assist in the preparation of marketing presentations, proposals, and reports.
- Support the marketing team with thorough post-project evaluations to pinpoint strengths and uncover areas for enhancement.
What We\’re Looking For
- Proven experience in an administrative support role with 1-3 years of experience.
- Well developed Interpersonal and Communication Skills – Effectively convey information to build strong relationships both internally and with external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- A natural troubleshooter with a solution-focused mindset
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and demands.
- Experience working in a collaborative team environment.
- Proficient in Slack, Trello, Google Workspace and Zoho would be a great advantage.

Benefits:
- Salary range is between £23.000-£25.000, negotiable and dependent on experience
- Company Bonus 10% of salary once company goals are met or at the company’s discretion which has been paid the past 5 years in a row
- Service Bonus of £1,000 per annum paid into your monthly salary up to 5 years / £5,000
- We operate on a flexible hours system. That means that while your usual hours will be during normal business hours, you have plenty of flexibility within that. Want to take a long lunch break? No worries. Do your best work at 6 am? Go for it.
- We’re a fully remote team, so no 8 am commutes into work
