Job Summary
We are currently seeking a skilled IT Support Technician to join our team at Gallery Systems. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing technical support in a Microsoft environment, managing MS SQL Server and offering support for a Java web application\’s utilizing SOLR and Tomcat. The IT Support Technician will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and reliability of our software solutions and efficiently communicating updates and troubleshooting across multiple teams.
