Crushed Bean is a small independent coffee shop in Croydon. We’re currently looking for a new person to join our small team. We’re looking for people who are dedicated to providing the best customer service and ensuring the quality of the product is consistently high.
The ideal candidate would be warm and friendly with excellent timekeeping to join us as a reliable member of the team.
Must have some experience as a barista (ability to dial in etc) and preferably food preparation skills. We will provide full training for the successful applicant.
The role will be varied and will include making coffee, serving customers, preparing food, washing dishes and cleaning loos.
Currently we are looking for baristas to work 3 weekday shifts for punctual 07:30 starts and every Saturday. If you cannot do these hours please do not apply. Please submit a short covering letter with your application.
