BMS Bureau Manager
Location: London (Some travel to Colchester)

My client is seeking an experienced BMS Bureau Manager to lead the growth, performance, and daily operations of their 24/7 BMS remote monitoring and energy & carbon reporting services. You will manage a small, dedicated team, drive commercial development, and ensure clients receive exceptional service that supports their net zero ambitions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Bureau Team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Oversee day-to-day bureau operations and ensure high-quality 24/7 service delivery.
- Develop new chargeable services and support the Commercial Team with service sales.
- Manage SLAs, KPIs, and compliance with internal processes and legislation.
- Maintain accurate reports, schedules, budgets, and contract records.
- Manage bureau ticketing systems, on-call processes, and remote BMS connectivity.
- Collaborate with clients, internal teams, marketing, and external partners.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, customer experience, and commercial performance.
Skills & Experience
- Proven leadership experience in energy, BMS, utilities, or similar service environments.
- Strong commercial awareness, budgeting ability, and service development skills.
- Experience with Trend and Tridium (including IQVision) is highly desirable.
- Strong IT knowledge, including connected networks and smart building systems.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience working to KPIs and SLAs.
