Customer Focused Contract Manager? Strong background in mechanical and electrical and HVAC maintenance, backed up with technical qualifications? Strong man manager? Our client is looking for an M&E Contract Manager to manage a static site in Leicester
Your main duties will include:
- Management of engineering team.
- Ensuring delivery of set contractualKPI’s and SLA’s.
- Provide technical support and advice to your team in relation to electrical and HVAC maintenance.
- Manage and oversee the day to day performance.
- Provide estimates and costs for project works.
- Maximise the contracts profitability.
- Ensure statutory compliance and health and safety requirements are met.
You’ll be an experienced Contract Manager, with a technical background in HVAC maintenance in a facilities environment. Customer focused, with proven ability in compliance management, able to build rapport with both your team and your customer.
On offer is a permanent position paying a basic salary of up to £56,000 per annum. Working mainly Monday – Friday, however there will be the requirement to work occasional weekends acting as a ‘duty manager’, this is to be agreed but is expected to be around 1 in 5.
