The Mercure Bridgwater Hotel is located in the heart of Bridgwater town center and offers 119, 4-star bedrooms and is complemented by a Marco Pierre White Steakhouse Bar and Grill.
Job Description
In this supervisory role you will work 40 hours a week, responsible for the overall coordination of all overnight operations within the hotel, ensuring that required standards are achieved at all times. Shifts are 5 days from 7 and hours are 10:00 pm – 6:30 am (includes weekends and bank holidays).
You will undertake the night audit and complete associated duties and reports on a nightly basis, assist with late arrivals or early departures, help guests with requests or enquiries, monitor hotel security, provide room service and drinks service to guests, and ensure hotel public areas meet the highest possible standards.
Successful candidates will undergo a basic DBS check (which the hotel will pay for) that must be passed for probation.
