Small Tools Technician Apprenticeship Programme
You will be required to carry out services, repair and maintain a variety of small plant and vehicles within the Murphy Fleet in our workshop facilities in one of our nationwide depots. You will be responsible for keeping a safe clean work area and adhering to our Murphy Values. You will be working alongside a small team of trained technicians who will mentor you to a stage where you will be able to work more independently. The tasks faced are constantly changing, driven by the introduction of ever more complex technologies and diagnostic techniques.
We are looking for individuals who have a passion to work with our multi-million pound plant equipment and machinery.
What qualification will I receive through the apprenticeship?
As part of this apprenticeship, you will receive a Level 3 qualification which takes up to 3 years to complete.
Where will I be based on the apprenticeship?
For this apprenticeship you will be based at our Cannock Depot.
What do I need to be considered for the apprenticeship?
- GCSE Maths and English at grade A*- C / 4-9(or equivalent)
- You don’t need to have previous experience for the role, but you do need to be ready to learn, have a positive mindset and a can-do attitude!
- Eligible to work in the UK with a valid work permit if applicable. Please note, that we do not provide sponsorship.
