Job Description

Are you a hospitality professional with a passion for exceptional service and leadership? We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Night Manager to oversee our Hotel operations during the night shift, which runs from 11pm to 7:30am,and ensure an outstanding experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the night operation maintaining the highest standards of service and security.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring prompt and professional service in reception, switchboard, porterage, and food & beverage services.
  • Oversee night cleaning operations and maintain public areas to the required standard.
  • Ensure compliance with fire, safety, hygiene, and security regulations.
  • Conduct revenue checks and ensure accurate financial handovers to the accounts and reception teams.
  • Support and mentor night staff, fostering a positive and professional working environment.
  • Handle guest feedback effectively, using insights to enhance service delivery.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a Nights or Reception managerial role within hospitality.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations effectively.
