Harmonic is excited to be working exclusively with a fast-growth sports foundation who are looking for an Operations Executive to join its growing team.

This company was founded through the love of football and wanting to make the sport accessible for less advantaged families and players. These programs help young people to have access to soft skills development, improvements in mental and physical health alongside connecting them through a community that is not discriminated by socioeconomic backgrounds. They have grown their fundraising income from £800,000, to £2.5m over the last three years, and looking to continue and accelerate this trajectory, growing fundraised income to £8m by 2028.

The company is currently expanding very fast and is looking for bright, ambitious graduates who are looking to make a real impact and change to communities in London through the love of football. The team is proud of their non-corporate, fun and innovative culture where they provide comprehensive training and incredible career progression.

The Role:

This role is crucial in ensuring the operational excellence of this social impact-led organisation. It entails budgeting, managing relationships and negotiation and is an excellent role for someone looking for a varied and exciting position.

Duties:

  • Oversee and manage budget.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, being the primary contact for all operational needs.
  • Ensure all facilities meet the required standards.
  • Lead negotiations for multi-year agreements with facility providers.
  • Develop the operational efficiency and implement bets practices across the organisation.
