- Leading a talented engineering team, driving projects to hit milestones and deliver world-class solutions on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
- Championing the professional and personal growth of your team through structured development plans and mentoring.
- Ensuring every technical solution is fit for purpose, compliant with processes, and meets the highest quality.
- Defining and compiling Work Package Specifications that set the direction for your team\’s success.
- Overseeing offload activities, ensuring schedules and costs stay on track while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
- Working closely with functional management to secure the right resources and skills to keep projects moving forward.
