We are looking for an experienced Compliance Manager to join a national facilities company with a strong presence in Bristol and the South West.
We are looking for a compliance manager with a strong background in facilities maintenance to work alongside contract managers, engineers and clients to make sure that the sites and engineers are compliant to official regulations.
The right person for this position will already have a strong working background dealing with compliance in a facilities maintenance setting. It would be a major advantage if this person had a good understanding technically (mechanical or electrical) however, this is not essential
This is going to be an office and field based role, so we will require a full UK driving licence.
Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of FM compliance
- Based in a commutable location to Bristol
- Happy to travel throughout the South Westwhen needed
- Hands on maintenance experience would be an advantage
- Must have worked within Building / Facilities Maintenance
- Full Uk driving licence
- Excellent IT and Communication Skills
