Salesforce Business Analyst

South West – Remote – Occasional Site Visits – Up to £50k per annum + Benefits

Our Client based in the South West are currently looking to onboard a Salesforce Business Analyst into their team on a permanent basis. The right candidate will have proven experience working in a Business Analyst or Product Owner capacity delivering salesforce based solutions.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own the Salesforce roadmap– Define and evolve the vision for Salesforce across the business, aligning with strategic goals and customer needs.
  • Backlog management– Prioritise work based on value, risk, and effort. You’ll keep things moving and make smart trade-offs along the way.
  • Bridge business & tech– Collaborate with teams across the business to shape requirements, define clear user stories, and guide delivery from idea to execution.
  • Agile delivery– Be an active voice in sprint planning, stand-ups, and reviews. Clarify scope, manage dependencies, and ensure the team always knows what’s most important.
  • Continuous improvement– Regularly review platform performance, identify pain points, and champion enhancements that drive real impact.

What we’re looking for:

  • Experienced Salesforce Product Ownerwith a track record of managing roadmaps, backlogs, and cross-functional teams.
  • Great communicator– Able to simplify complex needs, build strong relationships, and translate business goals into clear technical direction.
  • Detail-focused & delivery-minded– You know how to break down requirements, define acceptance criteria, and support QA and UAT.
  • Process savvy– Comfortable mapping current vs. future state workflows to increase efficiency and clarity.
  • Change driver– You’ll help coach users, support adoption, and grow internal champions to embed best practices.
