As an Assistant Manager, you will support the Store Manager in managing overall store operations, driving sales and KPIs, and developing a cohesive team of motivated employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Be a role model and motivate your team to live the brand values every day, promoting an inclusive and positive working atmosphere.
- Deliver outstanding service to all customers, demonstrating role‑model behaviours.
- Assist in driving sales, commercial performance and maintenance of standards, including compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Communicate efficiently, both on the floor and behind the scenes.
- Partner with the Store Manager to generate innovative and engaging marketing ideas.
- Own stock management and execute visual merchandising guidelines, contributing to store KPIs.
- Act as product expert and trainer, educating your team and advising customers.
- Create a supportive, productive and inclusive environment that promotes teamwork and accountability.
- Support store management in all aspects of running the store, including opening and closing, cash handling, stock control, merchandising and maintaining a clean store.
- Create amazing customer experiences with authentic service that leaves a lasting impression.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, including health and safety regulations.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
- Previous experience in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing environment.
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Flexible and adaptable; comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Flexible schedule and availability for mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

- Self‑starter and ambitious, motivated to exceed store targets.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
