About The Role
- Assist in conducting quantity take-offs and preparing Bills of Quantities by reviewing drawings and specification sheets.
- Support in preparing and presenting order of cost estimates and developing cost plans.
- Help in evaluating construction works and producing interim and final payment recommendations.
- Assist in assessing and valuing changes and variations.
- Ensure all costs and quantity records are organized and maintained.
- Contribute to delivering high-quality services and ensuring that cost management deliverables meet customer requirements in accordance with business procedures.
- Assist in assembling and contract documentation.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or any related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in quantity surveying and construction methods and materials.
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and logical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to think creatively and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Sound knowledge and practical experience of cost estimating and cost planning techniques.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
