The Role
Parking Patrol Officer – Birmingham – Full Time – 4 on 4 off shift pattern – £27,518.00 Per Annum

We have a full-time position available for a Car Parking Attendant at our Birmingham site. Car parking attendants are key members of our team, responsible for the smooth and safe operation of our car parks.
What you\’ll do:
- Patrol the car parks according to the work rota.
- Enforce parking rules in accordance with company policy.
- Make safe and report any car park structure defects.
- Complete daily documentation as per company policy.
- Respond to enquiries from the public and clients, reporting as appropriate.
- Perform first-line maintenance of Pay & Display equipment and ANPR camera systems.
- Carry out cleaning duties across the car parks, including litter picking.
- Utilize IT skills for various tasks.
- Assist with cash collection duties as required.
What you\’ll bring:
- Experience in customer service.
- Good written and spoken English.
- A flexible and positive attitude.
- A full UK Driving license.
