Night Catering Supervisor
£12.98 per hour + 65p per hour weeknight enhancement, £1.05 per hour enhancement for all weekend night shifts
Tuesday – Saturday – 37.5 hours per week

Eurest is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Night Catering Supervisor to join our food-focused team at a high-profile workplace restaurant in Hull

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Prepare fresh, delicious food to the highest standards, with care and creativity.
- Supervise culinary and front-of-house teams to ensure outstanding food and service delivery every day.
- Communicate regularly with your line manager to help monitor performance, meet KPIs, and hit targets.
- Represent Eurest with professionalism, maintaining a strong and positive brand image.
- Act as the link between our customers and the catering teams to help us consistently exceed expectations.
- Lead, support, and train team members — championing growth and encouraging excellence from everyone.
- Monitor and implement Health & Safety and food safety procedures, ensuring full compliance across the board.
Our ideal Catering Supervisor will:
- A passion for delicious food and exceptional service.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a catering or hospitality setting.
- Proven experience managing or supervising a team in a fast-paced food environment.
- A strong communicator with excellent organisational skills.
- Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 2) or willingness to obtain one.
- A driven, proactive attitude – someone who leads from the front and is always looking to develop themselves and others.
Assessment Centre Interviews
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to our assessment centre on: Tuesday 22nd July or Wednesday 23rd July
Please bring valid Right to Work documentation with you – this is required to complete the interview process.
