They are now seeking a Resin Injection Operative—either experienced or a motivated trainee—with an interest or background in remediation, structural repair, or ground engineering.
- Carry out resin injection works for structural repair and ground stabilisation, using internal systems and materials in accordance with method statements and site plans
- Prepare work areas, set injection points, and operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Always wear correct PPE, follow site safety protocols, and maintain a clean and compliant working environment
- Work effectively with team members, supervisors, and site managers to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery
- Record site conditions, material usage, and progress updates accurately for reporting and quality assurance
Skills & Experience
- Trade-specific CSCS Card and other relevant H&S training (SSSTS certification advantageous)
- Physically fit with the ability to perform practical, hands-on site work
- Strong attention to detail with pride in delivering high-quality workmanship
- Positive attitude, enthusiastic, and proactive approach to teamwork
- Full UK driving license essential; flexibility for working away required (hotels and food will be paid for)
