This position sits in our UKI Experience & Engineering business unit. Our team combines technology and experience design to create emotive yet conversion-focused ideas, products and campaigns at scale and speed. Our specialty are digital experiences and communication that change perceptions and shape new behaviours to make a difference in the market.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Adobe Sales Manager UKI will be responsible for driving business growth by leading sales efforts focused on Adobe’s suite of solutions, including Adobe Experience Cloud, Adobe Commerce, and Creative Cloud. This role demands a strategic, results-driven leader with a deep understanding of the Adobe ecosystem and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sales Leadership:
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue and growth targets within the Adobe product ecosystem.
  • Own the sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Adobe Partnership:
  • Act as a key point of contact for Adobe partnership activities, fostering key partnerships and collaboration with Adobe’s UKI partner organization and the Adobe sales organization
  • Leverage co-selling opportunities and joint marketing initiatives.
  • Client Engagement:
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders at prospective clients, focusing on enterprise-level engagements.
  • Understand client needs, challenges, and objectives, positioning DEPT® as the ideal partner.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including client services, delivery and marketing to create compelling client proposals and pitches.
  • Partner with technical and creative leads to ensure DEPT®\’s solutions align with client expectations.
  • Market Intelligence:
  • Stay updated on Adobe’s product roadmap and market trends, ensuring DEPT® maintains a competitive edge.
  • Provide insights to the leadership team regarding market opportunities and challenges.
  • WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Experience:
  • Excellent track record in pipeline generation and pipeline conversion, including strong network of relationships;
  • Proven ability in selling Adobe Experience Cloud products at a different digital agency, consulting firm, System integrator, or preferably Adobe themselves;
  • Skills & Expertise:
  • In-depth knowledge of Adobe products, including Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Learning Manager, Adobe Commerce, and related tools.
  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and storytelling abilities.
  • Industry Knowledge:
  • Understanding of the UKI market landscape, including key industries such as retail, financial services, and telecommunications.
  • Familiarity with DEPT®’s offerings and competitive positioning in the digital agency space.
  • Leadership:
  • Ability to lead by example, inspire teams, and foster a high-performance sales culture.

  • Willingness to travel across the UK and Ireland as required.
