Are you passionate about the environment and eager to make a difference for residents and businesses in Hull?
Are you capable of working independently and within a team, with the drive to provide efficient administrative support to the Streetscene team at Hull City Council? Do you enjoy varied work and thrive on challenges?
We offer a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Support Officer to assist the Customer Service Officer and Team Leader in providing comprehensive administrative support to the Streetscene team.
The successful candidate will deliver a range of office-based services supporting Waste Management, Street Cleansing, and Grounds Maintenance services. You will communicate with the public, call centers, and internal and external agencies to ensure effective service delivery, meeting customer promises and service standards of Streetscene.
