Fluke is seeking a proactive, strategic, and solutions-oriented Continuous Improvement Manager to join our EMEA Service Organisation. This role is primarily focused on enhancing the operational efficiency of the Fluke Service EMEA sales team, with a strong emphasis on Tier 1 and Tier 2 key accounts. The position will drive both immediate support and long-term transformation by reducing administrative overhead, increasing customer-facing time, and enabling scalable growth. Role Overview: Continuous Improvement Manager – Fluke Service EMEA
Fluke is seeking a proactive, strategic, and solutions-oriented Continuous Improvement Manager to join our EMEA Service Organisation. This role is primarily focused on enhancing the operational efficiency of the Fluke Service EMEA sales team, with a strong emphasis on Tier 1 and Tier 2 key accounts. The position will drive both immediate support and long-term transformation by reducing administrative overhead, increasing customer-facing time, and enabling scalable growth. While the initial focus will be on maintaining service continuity during resourcing gaps, the long-term objective is to lead automation and process optimisation initiatives that empower the sales team to deliver greater value to customers.
This role is designed to address immediate resourcing challenges while laying the foundation for long-term transformation in how our sales team operates.
In the short term, the role will provide critical support to maintain service levels for high-priority accounts, ensuring continuity during key personnel absences. In the long term, the Continuous Improvement Manager will lead initiatives to automate, streamline, and optimise administrative processes that currently limit customer-facing time. By reducing the burden of non-revenue-generating tasks, this role will help double the time our sales team spends engaging directly with customers
This is a high-impact role that will directly influence our ability to manage rapid growth, improve service quality, and maintain our leadership in the calibration and metrology services market.
Key Responsibilities
Short-Term (First 6–9 Months):
- Provide hands-on support to manage specific T1/T2 customer accounts.
- Ensure continuity of service and maintain high standards of customer engagement.
- Support the sales team in mitigating risks associated with reduced Key Account Manager capacity.
Long-Term Strategic Initiatives
- Lead the automation and streamlining of key administrative processes, including:
- Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
- Quoting and pricing workflows
- Legal and compliance coordination
- Capability validation processes
- Outsourced supplier management
Key Objectives & KPIs
- Double customer-facing time across the sales team.
- Reduce administrative time spent on quoting, compliance, and supplier management by 50%.
- Ensure zero critical errors in key account campaigns.
- Deliver a fully operational on-site capability validation workflow.
- Achieve measurable improvements in service quality and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in continuous improvement, sales operations, or business process optimisation.
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, quoting tools, and workflow automation platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions.
- Excellent communication and change management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent process improvement training.
- Experience in a B2B technical services or calibration/metrology environment.
- Understanding of EMEA sales operations and compliance requirements.
