Responsibilities:
- Operational Oversight:
- Lead valet attendants to ensure smooth, professional service
- Monitor vehicle flow and prevent congestion
- Ensure efficient and secure valet processes
- Conduct pre-shift and end-of-shift equipment checks
- Provide a warm, professional welcome
- Handle guest belongings and vehicle security
- Address guest concerns promptly and escalate as needed
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold service standards
- Assign roles for efficiency
- Train new valet attendants
- Enforce punctuality, uniform, and grooming standards
- Provide performance feedback and escalate HR issues
- Follow safety and security protocols
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Adhere to vehicle handling procedures
- Assist during emergencies and halt operations if needed
Minimum Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Proficiency in driving both automatic and manual vehicles
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Physically fit to stand for extended periods
- Available full-time Thursday to Sunday, 40 hours/week, with rotation shifts
