The Opportunity
- Maintain micro sampling plans; collect/test samples; investigate and close out adverse results
- Monitor product quality, identify trends, generate and implement action plans with relevant departments
- Conduct scheduled audits (internal, Customer Codes of Practice, HACCP/CCP, GMP, Hygiene, Fabrication, Glass, Plastic, etc.)
- Perform traceability exercises, including forward/backward traceability, mass balance, provenance, and packaging
- Coordinate taste panels
- Maintain calibration schedules
- Prepare for product launches to ensure smooth transition from process to production
- Support and mentor Manufacturing Technicians
