Location: Fforestfach, Swansea

Hours: Full-time, 39 hours/week (Mon–Thurs: 07:30–16:30 | Fri: 07:30–12:30)

We’re hiring a skilled and enthusiastic Press Setter Operator to join our manufacturing team. If you’re reliable, safety-conscious, and eager to grow with a supportive company—this could be the role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and set coil-fed and single-hit/progression press machines safely and efficiently.
  • Carry out efficient press changeovers to meet production schedules.
  • Monitor press operations to ensure continuous, high-quality output.
  • Identify and support routine maintenance and assist during breakdowns.
  • Plan and manage production to maximise output and minimise material waste.
  • Safely operate a forklift truck as part of daily tasks.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the department.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in press setting and operating, preferably with coil-fed lines.
  • Held or currently hold a PUWER Power Press Qualification (or willing to attend refresher training).
  • Strong understanding of safety procedures and mechanical troubleshooting.
  • Previous experience in production planning is advantageous.
  • Forklift licence (or willingness to train).
