To strengthen our Digital Delivery team, we are seeking an experienced Senior BIM Manager with a solid background in overseeing complex, multidisciplinary infrastructure projects. This is a key role for a candidate who brings deep, practical knowledge and understanding of the ISO 19650 framework, including its application throughout the procurement and delivery phases of major infrastructure programmes, as well as the ability to scale practically based on client requirements.
Responsibilities
- Support the application of ISO 19650 principles across infrastructure projects, ensuring information management is embedded from the earliest stages of procurement through delivery.
- Support the Discipline Management Team to evolve our Information Management (IM) function, contributing to governance processes, compliance frameworks, exemplar documents and templates, and best-practice guidance.
- Draw on IMI (Information Management according to ISO 19650, formerly the UK BIM Framework) to shape practical implementation strategies that enhance project delivery efficiency and quality.
- Provide subject matter leadership across our UK project portfolio, supporting Heads of Sector and Discipline, while connecting with our global network of digital and information management professionals and professional communities.
- Help define, implement, maintain, and improve digital delivery processes, ensuring they are consistently applied and effectively governed across projects.
- Support the internal audit of ISO 19650 projects on a quarterly basis ahead of Accreditation (in the 1st quarter of each year).

Qualifications
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in BIM Management, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
- Over 10 years of experience leading large multidisciplinary infrastructure projects as a BIM Manager or BIM Lead.
- Proficiency in BIM Coordination tools such as Navisworks, Solibri, or Bentley iTwin.
- Robust project management skills and proficient organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with modelling processes in software applications (e.g., Revit, Tekla, Civil 3D, Bentley OpenBuildings Designer) and interoperability between tools.
- Extensive knowledge of quality and document management processes.
- Certification in ISO 19650 is an advantage.
- Extensive experience working with CDEs, specifically ProjectWise and ACC.
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and integrating supply chain, design, and interface requirements.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrable experience with IMI (ISO 19650) and UK BIM project delivery roles.
- Experience on UK infrastructure projects and governance of BIM information.
