Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Digital Marketing Officer to join us. Reporting to the Brand and Digital Marketing Manager, you will deliver our digital communications strategy, managing day-to-day content across social media, our website, referral platforms and email marketing, while helping ensure our content is engaging, on-brand, and effective in reaching and resonating with our audiences.

You will track and report on performance across digital channels, using tools such as Google Analytics, native platform insights and DotDigitalreports and produce monthly dashboards and contribute insight to quarterly performance reviews.

About you:

We arelooking for a highly organised Digital Marketing Officer with proven experience in a digital marketing or communications role. You will have hands-on experience with social media management across multiple platforms, have excellent copywriting skills with strong attention to detail and be confident using content management systems (ideally WordPress) and CRM similar toHubspot.

Familiarity with email marketing tools such as Mailchimp or DotDigital is also required along with the ability to interpret and report on basic performance data (e.g. reach, click-through rates, traffic sources).
