Our client is currently seeking a Mfg Operations Analyst.

Duration : 12 months

Job Description :

Responsible for supporting our Production Operations and Quality Business Partners, including but not limited to:

• Serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide learning consultation services.
• Providing extensive professional and technical assistance in both formal classroom and on-the-job learning environments.
• Resolving difficult or unusual problems with professional assistance.
• Facilitating work teams, providing necessary training, and leading problem resolution and process improvement initiatives.
• Broadening and deepening areas of expertise to ensure flexibility across the scope of work.
• Applying process management and process improvement techniques to resolve production concerns.
• Interpreting regulations and standards to ensure learning delivery complies with all relevant standards and specifications, emphasizing safety precautions.
• Using problem-solving and analytical skills to develop innovative solutions.
• Performing as an instructor, facilitator, or technical performance coach in specialized content areas, such as Aircraft Structures, Mechanical procedures, Drawings, or Electronic Work Instructions.
• Conducting learning sessions utilizing various delivery methods, techniques, and platforms.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience) :

• Experience with Fighter Jet Structures and Mechanical procedures, including precision drilling, fastener installation/removal, sealing, line installation, bonding, grounding, torquing, and safety device installation.
• Experience transferring knowledge through formal or informal training modes.
• Ability to demonstrate skills with fittings, tools, and equipment such as Rynglok.
• Military Technical School Training and/or FAA A&P License.

Education : Bachelor\’s degree with typically 6+ years of related work experience, or a Master’s degree with typically 4+ years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Role is on-site. Candidates should be local to STL or willing to relocate at their own expense prior to starting.
