Pinnacle Group is looking for an experienced, hardworking, and enthusiastic Relief Security Officer to ensure the safety and security of our manufacturing refinery plant. You will be joining our Pinnacle Workplace Security Team based in Bootle, Liverpool Docks
Your role will involve monitoring premises, conducting regular patrols, responding to incidents, and maintaining detailed reports. You will need to be observant, reliable, and possess excellent communication skills.
This is a Relief Position, min 2 shifts per week. You need to be available to work 12-hour straight shifts on both a mixture of Days & Nights, and this can include weekends. There may also be the opportunity to work full weeks to cover sickness and annual leave.

Key responsibilities will include:
- Meet and greet visitors, staff and contractors and manage the gatehouse environment.
- Weighbridge operatorchecks β check delivery paperwork and record the weight of lorries arriving and leaving the site
- Liaison with local authorities, including police, emergency healthcare services or even fire extinguishers in case of an emergency
- Take accurate notes to complete reports, logbook entries and all relevant paperwork to a high standard β including reporting in detail any incidents occurring whilst on duty.
- Operating a telephone switchboard
Key requirements will include :
- Valid SIA Front Line SG/DS Licence
- 1ST Aid at Work Cert
- Experience working with aWeighbridge advantage
- Full 5-year UK checkable work history
- You will need to evidence your honesty and reliability, and always maintain a sense of pride in your professionalism in delivering excellent customer service.
