Job Responsibilities
- Prepare feasibility layouts, planning applications, and design information, including house type drawings.
- Handle the necessary administration related to the Design & Technical Department.
- Work with AutoCAD extensively; experience in the sector is essential.
- Have a good knowledge of Photoshop, SketchUp, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
- Design layouts and prepare packages for planning applications.
- Collaborate with Miller Homes/St Modwen Homes Design/Technical teams to obtain planning permissions and ensure the delivery of units on site in line with regional business plans and objectives.
