Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare feasibility layouts, planning applications, and design information, including house type drawings.
  • Handle the necessary administration related to the Design & Technical Department.
  • Work with AutoCAD extensively; experience in the sector is essential.
  • Have a good knowledge of Photoshop, SketchUp, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
  • Design layouts and prepare packages for planning applications.
  • Collaborate with Miller Homes/St Modwen Homes Design/Technical teams to obtain planning permissions and ensure the delivery of units on site in line with regional business plans and objectives.
