The Role As a Junior IT Support Engineer, you will provide 1st and 2nd line technical support to a varied client base. You’ll work across Microsoft 365, networking, backups, VoIP systems, and more. From remote troubleshooting to assisting on-site with new deployments, no two days will be the same.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Responding to IT support tickets and resolving technical issues

  • Supporting Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Outlook, and Teams

  • Setting up laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and VoIP phones

  • Troubleshooting networking and connectivity issues

  • Assisting in project work like system migrations and new site setups

  • Documenting your work and maintaining SLA commitments

What You’ll Need:

  • 2+ years’ experience in an IT support role (MSP background is a bonus!)

  • Confident troubleshooting Microsoft 365 and Windows 10/11

  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN)

  • A team player who loves learning and problem-solving

Desirable Extras:

  • Experience with Intune, Autopilot, Azure

  • Familiarity with VoIP systems or broadband provisioning

  • Cyber Essentials certification

  • A full UK driving licence (helpful for occasional on-site visits)
