Description About the role Are you ready to take on a pivotal role in ensuring safety in healthcare? We\’re seeking passionate people to join our team of Hearings Coordinators, leading the facilitation of our Fitness to Practise (FtP) hearings and meetings using your outstanding communication and organisation skills. You\’ll orchestrate the seamless flow of hearings, supporting the panel and Chair, playing a key role supporting all those involved in the hearing as well as playing a central role drafting the hearings formal documents such as the case outcome. Making sure proceedings run smoothly and the right people are where they need to be are really important parts of this exciting role About You You will enjoy working part of a team, building strong and trusting relationships with everyone you work with You will demonstrate professionalism and empathy in everything you do, living our organisations values which are Kindness, Fairness, Collaboration and Ambition.
