Your Role
- Lead the end-to-end UX design process from discovery through delivery across multiple projects.
- Mentor and guide a team of UX/UI designers, fostering creativity, collaboration, and growth.
- Conduct and oversee user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions.
- Translate complex business requirements into intuitive, user-centric design solutions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design intent.
- Advocate for design best practices, accessibility standards, and user-centered design principles.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align on vision and execution.
- Present and communicate design concepts and rationale effectively to stakeholders at all levels
Your Profile
- 6+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions across web and mobile platforms.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Deep understanding of UX research methods, interaction design, and information architecture.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Passion for staying current with industry trends, tools, and emerging technologies.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development is a plus.
