An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised, proactive Brand Protection Manager to join a globally recognised organisation. This fast-paced temporary role, running until December 2025, offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the strategic protection and responsible use of international brand assets.

Working cross-functionally with teams in marketing, legal, and operations, your core focus will be managing trademark use evidence and safeguarding brand reputation across global markets.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a strong understanding of marketing collateral, communications, and brand governance who thrives in a structured, detail-driven environment.

Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. This role will start immediately, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered.

Temporary Brand Protection Manager Responsibilities

As Brand Protection Manager, reporting to the Deputy Intellectual Property Director, you will:

  • Take a proactive lead on the collection, organisation, and management of trademark use evidence across global markets.
  • Support the implementation of brand protection strategies, ensuring compliance with IP requirements.
  • Maintain internal documentation accurately and assist with trademark renewals, declarations, and enforcement.
  • Manage and track IP deadlines and coordinate updates with legal and brand stakeholders.
  • Help operate and enhance a centralised global evidence archive system.
  • Monitor internal trademark usage and provide guidance to marketing teams to ensure consistency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce risk, promote IP awareness, and uphold brand integrity.
  • Arranging meetings, taking minutes and updating project trackers.
  • Forecasting and budgeting.
