We are looking for passionate, reliable and enthusiastic individuals to work within our fantastic Concessions team in the bustling concourse to strengthen the football and rugby match day experience for all of our supporters. The role is offered on a casual basis. Shift will be available for home match day fixtures. You will be working in a fun and fast paced environment giving fast and effective service.
Main Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests, taking orders and serving alcoholic beverages to supporters
- Care about customer satisfaction and deliver the optimal client service experience
- Serving guests in a friendly, welcoming and efficient manner while maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Help answer questions and make suggestions regarding food and beverage choices and related items
Shifts
- Must be available to work on weekends and evenings in line with Bristol City Home Fixtures and Bristol Bears Home Fixtures – dates to be confirmed mid June.
- Dependant on the home game, our shifts can be a minimum of 2.5 hours and a maximum of 5 hours, this also depends on the concession you work in.
