Do you want to earn a minimum of £13.06 per hour? We’re looking for a Security Operative to join our team at our Hollybank site in Scropton, Derbyshire.

About the role:
As a part of the Security team you will play a key role in ensuring safe and secure access to the site for all vehicles and visitors.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Control of all visiting vehicles to site.
- Co-ordinating any emergency communications at the gatehouse.
- Monitoring CCTV systems to help identify and risks or potential issues.
- Perimeter patrols to ensure Avara asset protection.
- Issuing & receiving driver paperwork to be collected by other departments.
- Maintaining security log books and reporting of any incidents.
- Diverting or redirecting telephone calls in the absence of site reception staff.
What we are looking for:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with people at all levels.
- Ability to work alone.
- Able to work with confidential information.
- Previous security experience would be beneficial but not essential.
