The role of the Housekeeper is to ensures a welcoming and professional environment by keeping the spaces clean, hygienic and presentable. The role provides a quality cleaning and housekeeping service; and supports in the effective delivery of food and beverages to St Monica Trust staff and residents.

Summary Responsibilities

• Comply with Health and Safety regulations and legislation and to report any situations that could be considered hazardous.
• Provide full cleaning and meals service as required.
• Ensure maintenance of stock of cleaning stores and equipment for relevant area.
• Demonstrate and maintain respect for individuals’ homes, living and working environments.
• Build relationships of trust and act with professionalism with all visitors.
• Provide assistance to other teams as and when required – e.g., spotting and reporting potential resident well-being concerns.
