We have a full-time position available for a Car Parking Attendant at our Birmingham site. Car parking attendants play a key role in our team, ensuring the smooth and safe operation of our car parks.
What you\’ll do:
- Patrol the car parks according to the work rota.
- Enforce parking rules in accordance with company policy.
- Identify and report any car park structure defects.
- Complete daily documentation as per company policy.
- Respond to enquiries from the public and clients, and report as appropriate.
- Perform first-line maintenance of Pay & Display and ANPR camera equipment.
- Carry out cleaning duties across the car parks, including litter picking.
- Utilize IT skills for reporting and documentation.
- Assist with cash collection duties when required.
What you\’ll bring:
- Experience in customer service.
- Good written and spoken English skills.
- A flexible and positive attitude.
- A full UK Driving license.
