We are recruiting for our client a leading manufacturer of high-performance textiles for the tennis industry, supplying global brands with innovative materials used in apparel, nets, and surfaces. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Final Inspection Operative to join our Quality Control team and ensure every product leaving our facility meets our exacting standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform visual and physical inspections of finished textile products to ensure they meet customer and internal quality specifications.
- Identify and record defects such as weaving faults, dye inconsistencies, or dimensional inaccuracies.
- Complete inspection reports and maintain accurate quality records.
- Work closely with production, packaging, and dispatch teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Operate inspection equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized inspection area in line with health and safety standards.
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in textile or fabric inspection is desirable but not essential, though full training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- Physically fit, as some standing and manual handling is required.
