Key Duties Include
- Assist in the production of building safety inspection programmes;
- Update and maintain all relevant building safety records, trackers, databases, systems and filing records, ensuring these are accurate, fit for purpose and up to date;
- Under the supervision of the Building Safety Manager, undertake basic validation checks on building safety certificates, surveys, data and information;
- Support the production of performance information and other reports as required;
- Support the production and updating of policies, strategies and procedures as needed;
- Deal with incoming building safety related enquiries from a range of stakeholders;
- Provide basic technical advice to delivery teams across the business on all areas of building safety;
- Order goods and services as required;
- Liaise with internal and external delivery teams/contractors as required in order to deliver building safety related services;
- Assist in the coordination of training and testing events;
- Assist with internal/external audits and service reviews;
- Support external accreditation exercises;
- Support regular asset and building safety data reconciliation exercises;
- To support the Building Safety Team at site visits if required;
- To support the Building Safety team with the arrangement and delivery of meetings and events;
- Work flexibly in the interests of the service this may include undertaking other duties provided that these are appropriate to the duties and responsibilities of the post.
