CNC Milling Setter / Operator / Programmer – Night Shift
Clacton-on-Sea, CO15 4TL
£35,000 – £45,000 per annum (£18–£22/hr DOE)
Mon–Wed: 21:00 – 07:30 | Thu: 21:00 – 06:30, (Plus Overtime)
No weekend work

The Role:

Join a growing precision engineering company supplying to Aerospace, Marine, Automotive, and Medical sectors. We\’re looking for experienced CNC Millers to set, program, and operate 3, 4 & 5 Axis machines.

What You’ll Do:

  • Set and run CNC milling machines
  • Work from technical drawings
  • Inspect your own work
  • Maintain a clean, safe workspace
  • Support continuous improvement

What You’ll Need:

  • CNC milling experience (3/4/5 Axis)
  • Ability to read engineering drawings
  • Strong attention to detail

Desirable: Engineering apprenticeship or similar background
