We\’re looking for an Apprentice ICT Role to join our dynamic team at Hinton. You\’ll be mentored by our experienced team, gaining hands-on experience supporting real users, solving real problems, and developing skills that will set you up for a future in tech.
Important: A full UK driving license is required for this role.
What You\’ll Be Doing:
- Be the friendly first point of contact for IT queries via phone, email, or our ticketing system.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Set up and maintain IT equipment like laptops, mobiles, and printers.
- Keep our IT asset register updated.
- Learn about IT security and data protection.
- Help manage stock levels.
