Are you a tech-savvy school or college leaver with a passion for problem-solving and a knack for turning things off and on again? Do you dream of a career in IT where every day brings a new challenge—and maybe a printer that refuses to cooperate?

We\’re looking for an Apprentice ICT Role to join our dynamic team at Hinton. You\’ll be mentored by our experienced team, gaining hands-on experience supporting real users, solving real problems, and developing skills that will set you up for a future in tech.

Important: A full UK driving license is required for this role.

What You\’ll Be Doing:

  • Be the friendly first point of contact for IT queries via phone, email, or our ticketing system.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Set up and maintain IT equipment like laptops, mobiles, and printers.
  • Keep our IT asset register updated.
  • Learn about IT security and data protection.
  • Help manage stock levels.
