WAREHOUSE TEAM LEADER

Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday
Shifts: Rotational – 6am–2pm, 2pm–10pm, 10pm–6am
Pay Rate: £15.49 (days) / £16.49 (nights)
Contract Type: Temp to Perm

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join their operation in the HU7 area of Hull. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking for long-term, stable work with the potential for a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:
⦁ Supervising a small team of two FLT drivers
⦁ Delegating daily tasks and coordinating workflow
⦁ Liaising closely with the Warehouse Manager to ensure smooth operations
⦁ Supporting with warehouse duties as required
⦁ Maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency
Requirements:
⦁ Previous warehouse team leader or supervisory experience
⦁ Valid xiskglj FLT licence preferred (most of the team operate counterbalance and reach trucks)
⦁ Strong communication and organisational skills
⦁ Ability to work across all three shift patterns
