- Improve RF/R3 performance: Enhance processes for electricity customer reads, aiming to meet industry targets.
- Manage Gas Shipper Portfolio: Develop daily management of gas settlement and improve data quality.
- Provide Settlements Support: Identify trends and issues impacting settlement performance, offering guidance.
- Ensure Industry Compliance: Liaise with third parties and regulators for adherence to principles and practices.
- Obtain Customer Readings: Proactively contact customers via email and calls for accurate meter data.
- Support Audits: Assist with internal and external audits related to Settlements.
- Enhance Team Knowledge: Share expertise on Settlements and operational exceptions.
- Update Systems & Billing: Process third-party data to ensure accurate customer billing
