An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone to join our partnership as Payroll and HR Administrator on a fixed term basis to cover a period of maternity leave. The Payroll and HR Administrator will be a key player in the HR team supporting the HR department and the overall organisation by managing various administrative tasks, including payroll under the guidance of the HR Officer.
The Payroll and HR Administrator will be responsible for:
• Undertaking payroll input under the guidance of the HR Officer
• Providing day to day support to the HR Officer in relation to the effective running of the Payroll and HR Administrative service
• Supporting with the placing of job adverts under the guidance of the HR Officer
• Supporting the HR team with HR administration including Family Leave, Flexible Working and updating job descriptions
• Ensuring that data in the Trust’s HR Information Management Systems is accurate and GDPR compliant at all times

The ideal candidate will:
• Ideally have previous experience working within HR and/or Payroll
• Be a highly organised individual, who can be flexible and respond to organisational need
• Be an excellent written and verbal communicator
• Be able to work with different HR systems and be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
