Based at six UK locations, we provide Wholesale, distribution, specialist E&I inspection, maintenance and project services to all parts of the Offshore & Onshore Energy sector, Pharmaceutical, Marine and many other industries. Managed from our UK locations, our services operate within the UK, Europe, Africa and Asia.

As aSales Co-ordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our operations—ensuring smooth sales processes, supporting our valued customers, and helping us achieve our branch goals. You’ll work closely with our Business Development Managers and play a key role in maintaining our high standards of service and safety.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver professional, courteous service aligned with our Customer Service Charter
  • Process sales quotations, orders, and purchase orders efficiently
  • Manage and grow assigned customer accounts
  • Follow up on quotations to secure business
  • Expedite orders and handle returns and non-conformances
  • Maintain accurate CRM records
  • Support tender submissions and business development activities
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and system development
