Project Manager – Maidenhead, Berkshire – Industrial & School Refurbishment Our client is a main-contractor who specialise in Warehouse and School Refurbishment, and they are looking for a Project Manager to manage various projects in the South East and work of their Maidenhead office when not on site Project Manager will be expected to: * Monitor and update the build programme on regular basis * Coordinate/ book all trades * Ensure trades are performing to program and to highest standard * Order/ request ordering of materials, fixtures and fittings * Liaise with us and architect on any design /site issues that need resolving * Keep on top of design changes requested by buyers * Responsible for delivering the project on budget and on time. We are aiming to have the development completed by the end of July with perhaps only snagging remaining.
