Telesales Representative Pertemps are currently recruiting for a full time permanent Telesales Representative on behalf of our growing client in Shropshire. This new role offers applicants the opportunity to join this forward-thinking and growing business at an exciting time. The successful candidate will be working on a B2B basis, will have previous Sales experience and will have a great telephone manner. Responsibilities include but not limited to: • Outbound calling, business to business • Working directly on our clients CRM system • Working with the Team Leader to prioritise client data to call. • Contact new and existing business prospects, to identify potential sales opportunities. • Understand a client requirement and provide relevant information. • Prepare/submit quotations and close deals. • At a minimum, hit monthly sales targets. • Email contract documents for signature • Logging details of orders across various programmes • Dealing with different stakeholders within the client’s business • On occasions undertake Teams calls with clients to sell • Maintain responsibility for your own personal workloads, including daily upkeep of business development activity, new opportunities, and customer call-backs. • Reporting on activity and sales • Work as a team to hit overall target. Ideal Candidate • Good sales ability, with a clear understanding of how to close a sale over the telephone. • A positive approach, self-motivated with a desire to succeed. • Ability to build and maintain new and existing customer relationships. • Ability to work with many clients at the same time. • Ability to multitask and communicate with clients via phone, email, and Teams. • Excellent communication skills, talking and listening. • A confident and professional telephone manner • Creative thinking skills • Problem solving skills. • Ability to focus on your own work and work as part of a team. • Take ownership of after sales care if necessary • Good working knowledge of computer hardware and widely used software packages, such as Microsoft Office • Demonstrable experience of working with a CRM system Hours: Mon-Fri 9:00am – 17:30pm Salary: £26,000 – £28,000 plus commission If you are interested in this vacancy, please click to APPLY
