HR & Internal Communications Specialist duties: * Partner with our Site HR Business Partner to build and drive their engagement strategy- this isn’t lip service; it’s about action that moves the needle. * Lead the annual engagement survey like it’s a campaign – spot the trends, design the actions, and rally leaders around improvement. * Be the HR insights engine- turn people data into stories, strategies and measurable impact. * Champion the cultural change journey- embody winning traits, challenge the status quo, and embed new thinking across teams. * Own site HR communications- from top-down updates to colleague campaigns, be the connector who keeps our people informed, inspired and aligned. * Drive the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion agenda- be a force for belonging and progress. * Work with HR centres of excellence, L&D, Resourcing, OHW and more to create an end-to-end colleague experience that wows. * Provide HR operational support to line managers and teams – with confidence, credibility and care. * Help lead the talent attraction and onboarding experience- making every first impression count. * Keep one foot in the strategic and one in the operational – you’ll flex across both with clarity and confidence. What\’s in your DNA / Experience Needed? * Proven experience in an HR role where you’ve made people sit up and listen. * Passion for HR communications, engagement and creating cultures people want to be part of. * Strong people skills – the kind that build trust fast, influence stakeholders, and inspire action. * A deep understanding of the employee lifecycle, and how each touchpoint shapes engagement. * Experience with employee relations, HR systems, policies and best practice. * An agile mindset and energy to drive change, even when it’s tough. * Desire to grow – this is a role for someone who’s hungry to learn and ready to level up. Bonus Points if You Have: * CIPD Level 5 (or on the way to it). * Experience leading on CSR, local community engagement or culture change. * Skills in planning, prioritisation, and HR storytelling. * Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or operational environment
