Design Manager – Harrow – Permanent – High-End Hospitality Fit-Out We are recruiting on behalf of a Harrow-based contractor specialising in luxury hotels,stores, restaurants, super-prime residences, and offices. They are seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead the design management of fast-track, high-end hotel fit-out projects across London. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and coordinate all design activities throughout the project lifecycle on complex hotel fit-outs. * Lead the design team and collaborate closely with architects, consultants, contractors, and clients. * Ensure compliance with quality standards, budgets, and timelines. * Review and approve design drawings, specifications, and change requests. * Provide solutions to design issues during construction phases. * Support procurement and commercial teams with design input as required. Candidate Requirements: * Proven experience managing design for luxury hotel or hospitality fit-out projects in London. * Architectural or interior design background preferred. * Strong understanding of construction processes and building regulations. * Experience working on Design & Build (D&B) projects is advantageous. * Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
